Select which flowers I send?
We offer fresh, dried and hybrid arrangements or bouquets. There are set styles of dried available for you to order, or our fresh and hybrid florals are designer-select each week. If you have a request for a colour, style or type of flower, please let us know and we can see what we can do!
Include a message?
Yes, you can send a personal message with your bouquet or arrangement. For a lovely greeting card, please select “Watercolour Card” in our shop. For $5, your flower recipient will receive a greeting card with your personal message inside, sealed in an envelope. Otherwise, a complimentary small open note card with your custom message will be included. Please include your message in your order form.
Please make sure to include your name in your message if you’d like your recipient to know who the flowers are from. We won’t include your name on the note unless you have written it in your message, as some customers prefer to give their flowers anonymously.
Pick up my bouquet?
We offer delivery anywhere in Calgary, or free pickup in Bankview. See more information on delivery/pickup at checkout.
Have my Flowers delivered at a certain time?
If you’d like to have your flowers delivered at a specific time, please put a request in your order form under “Delivery Instructions.”
We will try to meet requests, but it may not always be possible. Our delivery time is usually in the afternoon on Fridays.
Once all orders come in for the week, we structure our delivery route to be as efficient as possible.
We’ll let you know the morning of delivery if your time request is not possible.
What happens if no one is home?
Please confirm the recipient’s availability to receive the delivery, or whether an alternative address ie. a workplace would be better.
If nobody is home, and the temperature is above +2 degrees, we’ll do our best to find a good spot at the delivery location and will leave the flowers in water.
If it is below freezing and no one is home, we will contact the recipient and try to re-deliver elsewhere that same day, if possible.
If the delivery address is a workplace, and the recipient isn’t there at the time of delivery, the bouquet will be left with their co-workers.
